Tourism
 Tourism is under significant changes now and becoming a factor, which influences the economic life of a country. For the people today travelling and relaxation as well as knowing the people, landscapes and cultures, not having been known so far, is carried out from aspects completely different from ones, which were typical 15-20 years before. Due to it, mass tourism develops very quickly to tourism specified for target travellers - either groups or individuals. Individual and group selection and purchase of tourism products as well as their organisation are completed through Internet mainly. One direction for reconsideration of the traditional tourism is the concept of the sustainable tourism, which aims at maintaining the ecological and social great variety. The sustainable tourism shall provide services of good quality for long time to the visitors and it determines the trend in development of the tourism.  In Somogy County, which has very variable landscapes, colourful and rich flora and fauna, many customs and habits saved from the previous life as well as cultural memorial objects, the above mentioned tendency in development of tourism has been considered only recently. Now the investments are completed in accordance with this tendency. SEFAG Ltd has had very important role in this field. In addition to developing the accommodation, efforts are made to organise various programs including village and agro-tourism, fishing, hunting and riding tourism, photo and eco tourism, wellness and medical tourism, intensive tourism as well as to make them public at exhibitions, fairs and websites. Our present capacity can be divided into two parts because the conditions of our lodges, having relatively small capacity - 6-8 persons - and being suitable to accommodate hunting guests, are different from those typical in the big accommodation establishments.
 Our lodges in - Alirét, Karád, Vörösalma, Csöprönd, Nagysallér, Petesmalom, Zsitfapuszta - are located in very calm and undisturbed surroundings in the forests and reception of the guests loving the hunting is emphasized in addition to providing the basic comfort conditions, e.g. bathroom and sauna in certain lodges. Well-trained and well-cooking staffs are available at each lodge for the guests. There are two hunting lodges in the deep forest - Vitéztanya and Iklad - where there are no staffs but self-service. It is popular especially among the guests requiring complete relaxation.  There are three accommodation objects in Rinyatamási, Ágneslak and Kardosfa, where the high capacity between 12 and 48 persons and the other conditions are proper for not only hunting guests but for other target groups of visitors, too. These houses are located mainly in forest surroundings and suitable for various tourist programs. Therefore the hunting is less determinant in their operation. These locations are very good for holding conferences, meetings, boarding training courses, product introductions, receptions and other companies' and families' social events (e.g. wedding, graduating students' ceremonial farewell to their alma mater, banquets, etc.). Organisation of the guests is carried out by Sefag-Lábod Vadászatszervezõ és Utazási Iroda (Sefag-Lábod Hunting Organizing and Travel Bureau) alone or sometimes together with partner offices. Altogether, there are 12 accommodation facilities with capacity of 161 persons.

Forest railway
 For few decades wood was transported by the forest railway. There were more than ten locations where these trains were working without harmful effects on the environment. There economic role was gradually decreasing and therefore their operation has stopped. The forest railway remained only in Mesztegnyõ in the area of SEFAG Ltd. but today it has different role. It transports tourists into untouched areas which - fortunately - are not accessible by cars. The nine km-long main route and the two km-long side route are bending in the Boronka-melléki landscape protection area, among forests and lakes and we can enjoy the landscapes from the open wagons. In the variable landscape of Belsõ-somogyi homokvidék (Inner-Somogy sand areas), the railway is going in the groves of hornbeam, oak, ash, elm and alder trees. There are more than fifty protected plants living here including the colourful iris, silver rod, wild cyclamen, snow-flake and water violet. The streams and lakes give shelter to aqueous birds. Vöcskök, herons, egrets, wild ducks and even the very rare black storks and white-tailed eagles also build a nest in this landscape protection area.  The Day of the Mesztegnyõ Forest Railway is held every year on the last Saturday in April. There are various programs organised for the visitors on this day and they can enjoy the atmosphere of the picnic in Felsõ-Kak the final destination of the forest railway. The railway is maintained by Nagybajomi Erdészet (Nagybajom Forestry). It runs by the Menterend once a week only, but for groups - elõzetes egyeztetés - it is available at other times, too. Upon request forester or nature saving specialist can go with the visitors and show the sightings.
